Default sign operator is errored but exist #7950

Describe the bug
When setting an action or condition, the operator field displays an error.
Once the field is clicked, the operator is correctly set to "equal to" (=) by default, which is perfect.
But the extra click to clear the error, and get a default sign is unexpected.
I would keep the "equal to" operator set as the default value for all projects.
Without needing any initial click to remove an error state.
This would prevent the perceived "bugged" feeling and a bit of save time.
