[feature] Add "Esc" Override to Prevent "Esc" from ALWAYS Exiting Fullscreen Mode

I would like to suggest adding a feature that allows users to override the system settings for the "Esc" key. On macOS, pressing "Esc" automatically exits full-screen mode, and there is no straightforward way to change this behavior without downloading additional software, which I would prefer to avoid.
