High CPU Usage

Current behavior

So basically the cpu usage goes up to 70% when opened.
I tried reinstalling and same thing happend so i thought it was just my computer then i went to my laptop same thing happened

Steps to reproduce the behavior

i just double clicked it and my cpu when to 70%

Expected behavior

i wanted to control my soundboard and troll a bit in some servers

Can you sort the processes to see what is sucking up all the processing capacity? Also what is your CPU clocked at when this happens?

I'm testing now, I'm on Windows 10, and if I run the program it takes 0.15% CPU... so this is unexpected behavior, yes, thus I'm interested in what is happening in the list of processes. Also, what is your CPU make and model? And is SteamVR also running?
