Chief Complaint Task 1: Finish onboarding and consent

Use Case

Initialize key permissions settings, consent to app functionality, and give user an introduction to the app upon their first time opening it.

Problem

The consent phase of the onboarding process is not yet updated from the default spezi template.

Solution

Update the consent view with the text described in the Assets page of the Notion.

Alternatives considered

We could have the consent document pull from a file instead of hard coding it in -- that way, when we update the consent document, we can easily translate this to our app and have the user give consent again.
