[Documentation] The blog template

We need a document giving an overview of of the blog template file (`_layouts/blog.html`) including:
- Which elements on the page is defines (category menu, forward/next buttons etc.)
- How the category menu is generated
- How pagination works
- The important CSS classes that are defined for theme designers

**Note:** You may assume that the reader is familiar with basic HTML and Liquid syntax
