AutomationProperties.Name binding error

Bug explanation

when use TextBox and ComboBox ， Find a bug show below on VisualStudio
error TextBox(0) TextBox.(AutomationProperties.Name) String The value "null" cannot be assigned to the property TextBox.Name (of type String).
I try to set AutomationProperties.Name attach property a value(not null) ,then error is ok
