Consider migrating to mongo atlas

This is just a suggestion to make management easier (in my opinion).

Using mongo atlas will let us manage the db more easily with the online interface, and is also probably better for data security. Storing the data locally has a higher risk of loosing the data, especially given the status of the osdg server.
