Hello Birgit,

I'm not an aspect-model-editor expert, but this seems to be related to how the ame handles the conversion and is probably not something we can fix here.

From my limited understanding of typescript and how it handles JSON objects, my current guess what happens is:
RDF Serializer creates a number that typescript interprets as Infinity. This is then passed to JSON stringify, which generates the sample JSON.
Since JSON infinity would be null, I'm fairly certain that it just gets interpreted as a literal string of "Infinity":

samm:exampleValue "1.7976931348623157e+308"^^xsd:float I think e+308 is a bit too much for TypeScript?
Maybe someone who is deeper than 15 minutes into the aspect-model-editor can verify, even simply re-generating the sample with a smaller exponent should get rid of the Infinity value.

Edit: if you change the exponent to e+38 it is reflected as expected.
