Add rumble support

I'm using the plugin with m64p. The controls work perfectly and changes into the toml file are reflected by changes in gameplay. Very happy!
However, there's no way to even specify the use of a rumble pak, and rumble isn't working in games (tested primarily with StarFox 64).

Nice to hear that you're liking the plugin! I'm focusing on my exams at the moment, but I'll have time to look into this and #11 sometime next month :)

I wanna second the comment made by the OP. IMO It's the only thing really holding it back from being the Ideal plugin for at least 90% of the N64 library. I'd like to add that if it's added that there should be an option to toggle it off in the config file.

Thanks for the link! I've also looked at the Dolphin source code, should be fairly straight forward to implement. I'm hoping to get time to implement it this week!

(dolphin sounds like the better one to pull from, since the one i sent has bugs, and more than not has infinite rumble until i reconnect the adapter so, use from dolphin)
