[Feature] Remove column index based bulk write, use column name instead.

• I had searched in the issues and found no similar feature requirement.

Description

With the new model implementations(all 4 types), we have a chance to use the column names when doing bulk write. We could only declare column names for the first row of the same type of metrics.

Use case

This increases the capabilities when facing model changes.
