Describe the bug
Working on a quad where I need 4x PWM outputs as well as 4x motors. Goku H743 Pro Mini with plenty of resources. When configured with 4.5.3 or RC firmware, only servo 1 and servo 2 outputs respond in the live view screen showing PWM output changes. Assigning any known good switch to output 3+ yields no changes to pwm values. Servo 1 and 2 only work when servo tilt is enabled - no change with channel forwarding enabled, either with servo tilt or standalone. Additionally, servo midpoint and servo reverse have no affect to outputs.
To Reproduce
Go to servo tab and attempt to assign any channel to servo 3+. No change in pwm values on screen or to device attached. Servo_Tilt enabled is only way to have servo 1/2 provide output - channel forwarding can be on or off and has no change to behavior.
Expected behavior
Servo 3+ (pwm) outputs should respond to input when valid radio channel assigned to control and provide appropriate output. Additionally servo values should accept endpoint and midpoint values assigned as well as servo reverse commands.
