Skip building and pushing if the image already exists in the repository

Is it possible to skip the "build" step if the image specified in the "push" configuration already exists?

Hey @yk-littlepay This plugin doesn't have built-in functionality to skip the build step based on whether an image already exists. You can reach out to Buildkite support to get some alternatives, but one option could be to add a step before the docker-compose plugin that checks if the image exists and conditionally runs the build.
