Plan for a fresh rlease

I see PyPI's 0.8.1 was released 5 years ago and there a lot of changes on master branch.
Do you have plans to place a fresh and release to PyPI https://github.com/buriy/python-readability/blob/0.8.4.1/pyproject.toml
