URI scheme stopped working after v5.6.1 update

Describe the bug
Opening the URI scheme from a direct link stopped working after the latest update.
It opens the correct wallet, but not the sendscreen populated with tx_amount, recipient_name and tx_description.
QR scanning still works fine

Steps to reproduce the behavior: Monero URI scheme Example

Expected behavior
Opens cake monero wallet with prepopulated sendpage and parameters.

• Tested only on Android and desktop

Great, It's a must have feature for payment requests, thank you!
Since cake wallet supports Eth layer 2's maybe implement correct URI schemes for those as well?

Coinbase wallet have implemented this correctly and works perfect with bitrequest.
