Add claude-brain plugin — cross-machine brain sync

Hi! I'd like to suggest adding claude-brain to the awesome list.

claude-brain is a Claude Code plugin that syncs your entire brain state (memory, skills, agents, rules, CLAUDE.md, settings) across machines via Git. It installs as a standard plugin and includes:

• Slash Commands: /brain-init, /brain-join, /brain-sync, /brain-status, /brain-evolve
• Hooks: Auto-sync on session start/end
• Subagents: Semantic merge agent for intelligent memory deduplication

It fits in the Config Managers or a new Sync & Portability category.
