Getting out an ical with NAME and X-WR-CALNAME

    calendar = icalendar.Calendar()
    calendar.calendar_name = "Demo"

This produces:

BEGIN:VCALENDAR
NAME:Demo

But how do I get an ical file out with both NAME and X-WR-CALNAME?

My use case is I think Google Calendar only supports the latter.

Confirmed - get the raw URL's of the 2 files in https://gist.github.com/jarofgreen/e8416c25712facc37ae30c6af3de30cb and in Google Calendar do "other calendars", "+", "From URL".

Google Calendar only supports X-WR-CALNAME

calendar.add("X-WR-CALNAME", "Demo")

If you think it is a good default to set both NAME and X-WR-CALNAME when setting .calendar_name, then, please open an issue.
