bug: long press on debug wireless tile causes multiple views on stack #864

Bug description
After putting the debug wireless tile in quick settings, if you long press the tile to enter debug wireless settings, multiple views are put in the stack.
If you use the back button, the view is dismissed, but the same view is under, causing a loop.
You need to press back multiple times to go to developer settings.
Not sure if it's an Android issue or a crDroid one tho.
I know i'm not on the latest version, but it should be the same i think.
Steps to reproduce
Just put the debug wireless tile in quick setting and long press. Then try to use back button one or more times.
