Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
This request is to enable use of rich progress bars. Several processes in LangFair can involve thousands of iterations (generation, toxicity scoring, etc.). As a result, this can take a significant amount of time. The purpose of adding rich progress bars is to provide users with information of how much progress has been made for lengthy processes.
Describe the solution you'd like
The rich progress bars should be able to be turned on/off using a show_progress_bar boolean argument. For multi-step processes, such as AutoEval, the progress bars should all be in the same Progress object.
Describe alternatives you've considered
tqdm, no progress bars
