Add kubernetes provider functionality

There should be an assistant that adds the kubernetes provider. It should do the following:

• Add default/selected artifacts to the Nulecule file
• Create/copy files to artifacts/kubernetes

Optional:

• Install Vagrant
• Install an appropriate image
• Run vagrant up

Note: I'll probably need someone well versed in kubernetes to provide me with some meaningful kubernetes sample files or configurations etc.
