Feature: Edit option for Devtron Plugins #6916

There should be a edit panel for making changes to an existing custom devtron plugin.
🎤 Pitch / Usecases
Right now we have to keep the setup in test workflow for making changes and saving it as new version. It make the process cumbersome and in some scenerios if we haven't kept the details of setup or made changes to plugin but didn't update in our local place for reference then we loose track of exact setup of the plugin. So I propose an edit menu for devtron plugin where we can go make change to plugin and save a newer version.
