Aspire extension debugger in vscode fails to start functions project

Describe the bug

When starting the apphost with a web project, db and function project the functions project stops working telling me it is missing "Functions:Worker:HostEndpoint". I tried adding this as an environement variable in the apphost for the functions project and it resulted in a new error with grpc workerId or something.

Expected Behavior

That the debugger is manages to attach to the application

The linked issue might be related to mine, although debugging works for me when i am not using the aspire debugger that comes with the aspire vscode extensions.

@Kristoball thank you for trying the extension! I'm unable to easily reproduce your issue, are you able to share a repro?

edit: I've been able to reproduce this, working on a fix.

This will get fixed in 13.0.1. The VS Code functions extension injects a bunch of additional environment variables and it's going to be really difficult to replicate what they do.

IMO, the best alternative we have here is to disable debug support for functions, give up on launching the process through VS Code, and instead attach a debugger afterwards. Dependent on #12711. Targeting 13.1

Your best workaround right now is to remove the SupportsDebuggingAnnotation from any functions resource in your app.
