Feature description

The UI is currently somewhat inconsistent across the terminology and logic of the primary “create” action.

• On the Dashboards page it is “Create Execution”, but not Create or Create Dashboard
• On the Flows page it is “Create”
• On the Apps page it is “Create”
• On the Executions page it is “Execute” (could also be Create)
• On the Tests page it is “Create”
• On the Namespace page it is “Create”
• On the KV Store page it is “New Key Value”
• On the Secrets page it is “New Secret”
• On the Custom Blueprints page it is “Create”

Suggestion

I would suggest being consistent and, for all pages that create something, use “Create” as the primary action. Additionally, on the Dashboards page, the main action should be to create a dashboard, not create a flow.
