Can't login to my account on my laptop

I can't login on my Mac. It works fine on my iPhone but I can't get into my account on my Mac. I am using the same username/email/password on my Mac that works on my phone. But it just keeps saying "You are offline" when I continuously try to login. And then when I click "Forgot my password" because there's nothing else I can do, it gives me this error message. Please help!

Here's what I get when I first try to login - before clicking "Forgot my password." This message pops up ("You are offline") despite my internet connection being totally fine and me using my correct Keybase credentials that work on my phone.
