keybase-redirector stopping laptop sleep

Describe the bug
Similar (in symptoms) to 12458 but rather than kbfs it is keybase-redirector that is blocking sleep.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Suspend laptop
2. After 20s, laptop gives up trying to enter s2.

Expected behavior
Laptop should sleep

(although it says 3 tasks refused to sleep (the other two in this case were updatedb and puppet, quitting keybase the laptop will sleep).
