Links for MacOS Install Are Broken on keybase.io for Tablet browser sizes

Describe the bug
Not sure if this is the appropriate channel. The links for downloading the desktop client for MacOS don't have an appropriate href set when viewing the page on tablet and smaller browser sizes (767px and below).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://keybase.io/docs/the_app/install_macos
2. Make browser less than 767px wide.
3. Click on either link (intel and apple)
4. Observe no download happens.
   Expected behavior
   Clicking on either link initiates a download.
