Proposal to Transfer Project to a New Repository

I’ve been following the yaml-encrypter-decrypter project and appreciate the work you put into it. However, I noticed there hasn’t been much recent activity. Since the project appears to have significant potential but seems to be on hold, I would like to propose transferring it to my repository to continue its development.

I have several ideas to expand and improve the project, which I believe could benefit the community. If you’re open to this idea, we could discuss the best way to transfer ownership or collaborate to ensure continuity.

I have already decided to develop the project in a slightly different key, so having gained access, I can break the current ideas and tags. Let's leave it as is for now, then, when the project leaves the beta version and is more stable, with clear documentation, I will delete the fork and move it to the appropriate project.
