Problem in downloading file in action: failed hash check

I figured out that the example action a problem when downloading a file: the log shows downloaded /out/test.yaml but failed hash check (see screenshot).
Is it normal?

FYI, I try to display the content of test.yaml, and it shows the good thing... So, the downloaded file does not look corrupted...

This may be related to #1758. File state is not yet fully supported for YAML files. We are working on that
