Support for Inertia

I am just wondering whether it's just me failing to setup Laravel-Notify or that it can't work with Inertia. My setup is all in the resources/views/app.blade.php file and when I try to call for the notification from a controller nothing shoows up. I ma using Laravel 11 by the way, and php 8.3. Something I could do about that?
