"Error No "exports" main defined in /node_modules/@babel/helper-compilation-targets/package.json" During `npm build`

The error happens when run npm build (regardless of having end :js, :types)

Simply do npm update will fix the issue (source), but still pain to figure out the fix.

Having an action to actually update the package-lock.json file would be awesome.
