I'm exploring a solution for a distributed numeric increment service that must handle high request volumes while meeting the following strict requirements:
I'm considering using the
INCRcommand due to its atomicity, but I understand that this operation is only atomic within a single node. In Redis, for example, there's no guarantee of global ordering when multiple nodes are involved.Does Garnet offer any built-in features or recommended strategies that would allow me to achieve maximum performance, while also enabling cluster scalability and persistence for fault tolerance?
Any guidance or architectural recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
