Using "Duble Tab" for <winget install> command.

We should be able to use "Duble Tab" like Linux terminal commands.

Example:
sudo apt install chromiu... "Duble Tab" --> chromium

winget install msed... "Duble Tab" --> msedge

With PowerShell auto-complete enabled, you do get tab completion.
