neutral tone handling

I noticed that many common words that typically have neutral tone in the second syllable get annotated as having their character's dictionary tone. Is that intentional, and should load_phrases_dict be used to override these?

• 早上 - zǎoshàng
• 妈妈 - māmā
• 东西 - dōngxī
• 狗狗 - gǒu gǒu
• 哥哥 - Gēgē

I also noticed on a similar note that 得 is annotated as dé instead of de for example in 小王跑得很快，比我快多了。

@joprice Thanks for your reporting. When to use a neutral tone depends on context. I'll try to design a way to fix this issue in the future. For now, you can try to use the load_phrases_dict to resolve the known issues.
