Help moving author image and details in article

Hello,

I have a test article using the default blowfish article layout (which I understand is single.html), as shown below:

I would like to move the author information to the left-hand side of the page, instead of having it in the same column as the main content. Is there a way to do this? Something like this:

Also, how can I adjust the positioning and width of the table of contents? How about the width of the main content?

@AMAlonso64 About the location of author info. There is a article.showAuthorBottom in the docs. I haven't tried it myself. It's not what you asked, but it's an option.
