Attach files to releases #3151
Description
Looking at the github releases, it would be useful if we included the following directly on the release so that tools like vendir can use these artifacts.
- models.zip: Contents of the models folder which can then be used by languages using weaver to generate instrumentation/contents eliminating the need to be checking out the entire semconv repo and it enables them to get pr's to bump their semconv libraries potentially without manual effort.
- schema-next.yaml: The generated schema next file
- docs.zip: Contents of the docs folder which could be used by comms for the otel.io website or be distributed alongside the models.
We could even include the resolved schema which is published and that could be fetched from the release.
*.zip could be exchanged with *.tar.gz or both supported.
