Adding sql uk national and gsp

The code here doesnt quite work

• There's a missing ) on line 4
• There are some extra E in EST_GEOMFROMTWKB should be ST_GEOMFROMTWKB
• and get error new row for relation "locations" violates check constraint "geom_validity_check" on row alve1 and others
• add gsp id in metadata
• add gsp friendly name in metadata

I think from #47 we need to some sql also to start the source table

Are the friendly names different to the ones that are currently in the location_name colum? Where are these names found?

They are currently in locations.region_name in the nowcasting_datamodel database

Something like this would add a 1 MW capacity for all the locations
