@ThomasSauvage I would like to copy off1 to scaleway-02 (because it's up) and off1 is the first server we want to migrate. @ThomasSauvage I'm in the process of creating zfs-nvme on scaleway-02 where, I think, we can put mongo + keycloak data storages While waiting for scaleway-01, we can copy all off data to scaleway-03 |

This PR adds configuration to backup data:
off1toscaleway1off2toscaleway2The objective is to migrate from
offtoscalewayafterwards.As this is temporary, we might not want/need to merge this PR ever.
Questions for review
sanoidto scaleway1 & 2, which will create the operators on off1 & 2 even though off1 & 2 are not Ansible managed?syncoid-args.confeven though I will do the copy manually (at first at least) to show what I intend to copy. Does it look good to you?
