no connection after Aeroplane Mode enabled or disabled

Hi,

rRecently I saw that if I have the VPN enabled and I can connect to sites, then if I enable Aeroplane Mode, and then disable Aeroplane Mode, it is impossible to get the connection back up. It might say it's connected, but no traffic goes anywhere.

Perhaps the only difference is I have now got Enforce Tunnel = on.

I'm sure that this used to work, but I have not tested it for a long time.

How can I go about solving this?

Is this with OpenVPN or WireGuard?

Does it work if you disable “Cross-platform WireGuard” in Preferences > Advanced?

My apologies for the tardy reply.

I've been testing this for the last day, toggling it on and off, and for some reason it seems to work regardless the setting in the advanced options.

Perhaps this is a quirk in iOS or something else, and I was unlucky.

P.S is there an "always on" feature whereby if I reboot the phone with the VPN enabled, then the VPN will enable a boot.?
