The CommitMsgCommand only executes the Git/CommitMessage task, but the overall implementation of this command is similar to that of the PreCommitCommand. Is this done to achieve a unified framework? But even so, from another perspective, using such a complex architecture just for one task feels a bit like wrapping a whole dish of vinegar around a dumpling.
