Add Identity and Access Management into HCC settings procedure. (#642)

* add Identity and Access Management into HCC settings procedure.

* replaced the  Identity and Access Management with Identity & Acess Management for the HCC settings.

* made changes to both guides procedures align.

* Removed word Setting from HCC procedure.

* added in attribute for AK webconsole to be in line with RHOSR.

* removed word Openshift and dup of word Streams.
