Port missing rules from ApkCheckPack

We miss quite some chinese packers/protectors, thankfully chinese tool (ApkCheckPack) with similar concept have most of them [since from a chinese side, they've those a lot, yep :) ].

This issue is to be used as roadmap for those that are missing, planned to complete all those missing ones. Additionally, it'll close several old issues (for e.g., #359)
