Migrate to Maven Central

JFrog announced that they will be shutting down JCenter:

Key dates are:

• March 31st: No more submissions will be accepted to JCenter
• February 1st, 2022: JCenter will no longer be available

Could android-xml-run-listener be migrated to another maven repository like Maven central ?

It's technically up for read access indefinitely, but would be nice to be able to remove jcenter from our source as this is the only dependency that's still on jcenter in our project.
