"Modes" in Armoury (and therefore in G-Helper) consist of two parts - main part is baked into firmware (one of 3) that defines fan behavior, power limits for all components, etc and standard windows power plan / power mode that defines how actively windows and it's apps will use hardware. Just noticed that G-Helper doesn't have performance mode. It has silent, balanced and turbo mode (G-Helper also doesn't have let Windows decide plan as well). It even changes the power plan to balanced as well. How is it different than Armoury Crate's performance mode?
