All traffic dump links are dead

Hi admin, 

It seems all traffic dump links are currently dead (such as this one https://ictf.cs.ucsb.edu/archive/2010/dumps from this page https://ictf.cs.ucsb.edu/archive/ictf_2010.html). Is there any way that I can get the traffic dumps---so I can cite it in papers.
