Action proposal: Journaling API

Description

IOS 17 Gives us the Journalling API: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/journalingsuggestions/presenting-the-suggestions-picker-and-processing-a-selection and nothing so far exposes any of it to shortcuts. I would be happy with anything that was even a start at creating a shortcut that used the API.
