HTTP ERROR 500

I get a HTTP ERROR 500 after doing all steps in the /install directory, and it says it installed successfully. After that the auto redirect not working and when I click on the direct link it gives me this error. I'm using a MariaDB with Docker and also Smartstore. I also tried it with Nginx Proxy Manager, but this also not works for me. Can someone please help me ?
