Importing previous database

Dear all,

I created a new Bookstack instance on my lab server (solidnerd/bookstack:25.12.0), as a previous instance (v 25.07.3) silently crashed and couldn't be revived. I however have a database backup at hand (.sql file) but don't know how to import it into this new instance.

There's no import feature into the app, so is there any manual procedure I could use to do this?
