Windows 11 22H2 - Transparency stopped working

On new Windows 11 22H2 22621.963, there is a problem with lack of transparency.
On previous win version when i had set (version 0.8.0 of FluentWPF):

everything was working normally, also (version 0.10.2):

Now the background is just gray.
