Unable to bring back smart playlist from menu if accidentally deleted

Describe the bug
When the user accidentally deletes one of the default smart playlists that come with Strawberry upon install, there isn't a way to revert or bring them back through the menu.

To Reproduce

1. Right click a smart playlist
2. Click on Delete smart playlist

Expected behavior
If a user accidentally deletes a smart playlist he should be able to revert them through the right click context menu or settings or a button.
