Read from CalendarDateFields slots in calendar-specific operations?

I realized that CalendarDaysInMonth and CalendarMonthsInYear, and maybe others, could read from the corresponding slots on the Calendar Date Fields object, but instead they are their own AOs. Seems like a small cleanup.
