butcher methods for lgb?

Not sure if this belongs here or to the other packages, but it would be great to have butcher() and bundle() support for lightGBM as well. Currently - as far as I can see - only xgb.boosters seem to be supported.

Thanks for the issue!

With the v4.0.0 release of LightGBM, the package will not need bundle methods—read more at microsoft/LightGBM#4685 (review) and linked PRs.

Good idea on the butcher method, though! I will transfer this issue there.
